Warranties:

All loupes have limited warranties for a period of ONE YEAR* from the date of original purchase in the U.S.A. MedLite will repair or replace the product, or part thereof, found upon inspection by MedLite to be defective, provided the defective part or product is returned to MedLite, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

RGA Number Required: Prior to the return of any product or part, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained by writing toemail. Each returned part or product must include a written statement detailing the nature of the claimed defect, as well as the owner's name, address, phone number, and a copy of the original sales invoice.

If self repair is desired, MedLite may send you free replacement parts upon requests and mutual agreements.

This warranty is not valid in cases where the product has been abused or mishandled, where unauthorized repairs have been attempted or performed, or where depreciation of the product is due to normal wear-and-tear. MedLite specifically disclaims special, indirect, or consequential damages or lost profits, which may result from a breach of this warranty. No further implied warranties should be assumed.
 
Since we are the manufacturer, we carry a full line of replacement parts and will provide support to service your loupe at minimum cost both within and beyond the warranty period. Please email us if you have any question and want to learn about the prices of parts for existing customers.

By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees on the following conditions:

Do NOT use the product in life threatening or any other critical situations.

The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) suffered or incurred by the Purchaser arising out of the delivery, installation, sale, use or maintenance of the Goods and/or the provision of the Services.
